How to build muscles fast ?

This is one of the most common questions people ask when they start hitting the gym for the first time in their life or two months before summer to rock the beach in the summer with their gains.


My name is Aly ,I am 23 years old, number one powerlifting junior champ . I have been going to the gym for 8 years. In this blog, i am going to deliver you 8 years of experience, what are the most common faults saving year of your time not training efficiently or correctly.

Eventually everyone will build muscle if they start going to the gym but some people might take 5 years building what others built in only 1 year because of setbacks like injuries, bad form, lack of stretching and mobility work, etc.

So the goal here is to take the shortest way to build muscles and stop wasting your time on bad form and hurting your shoulders and back.

On this blog we are going to discuss mistakes i have wasted years doing and it got me nowhere until i realized i have been wrong for so many years.
