Reasons not to skip leg day.
As i mentioned in the previous post that is have been skipping leg day for the first 2 years of my training days and i truly regret it. I really wish you don't stumble on my mistakes and save your precious time getting faster results! 1-Your legs are 45% of your body muscle mass. You can never go wrong with training legs. You are always wrong by not training half of your body muscles thinking it's a waste of time.
